Welcome to Dogwood Nation! With a few projects in the planning stages, I decided to start up this site. Since it will take some time for those to be ready, I'll start off by documenting some things I already have complete. Look for some Big Green Egg tips coming soon as well. I'm not sure exactly where this will go, but I just hope to have some fun along the way!
